Today I received a pizza that I could not eat. It must have fell on the ground because the pizza was a broken mess and had some hair and other gross looking things mixed in. I was too sketched out to get it rebaked so I asked for a refund instead. I can’t believe someone would just pick a pizza up off the ground and throw it into the box and hand it off to a customer like that. This make me incredibly nervous to ever order from them again.

Wish there was an option for zero stars. I made a huge order here for our pre-k graduation. I made the order 2 hours ahead and monitored the tracker. My order was for noon. I watched the tracker which said my order wasn’t even beginning to be prepared until 11:30…. then at noon it changed to cancelled leaving me with parents and families standing around waiting. I called and was told that a driver called out and they were not able to deliver my order. We went with another location and will not be using this location to order from.

I’m not sure I’ve ever had worse pizza delivered, in my life. What stinks is that the Dixie Highway location used to deliver to my house and food was always top notch and showed up fast af. This Edgewood location is straight garbage and takes twice as long to show up.

I had car side pick up order. Waited 10 extra minutes and was issued a free pizza. Cool. Went to use it and the code wasn’t working. Tried calling the store to see if they can reimburse me if I ordered online. Apparently all calls go to a call center and the woman on the phone didn’t understand what I was saying and I surely didn’t understand what she was saying! What a pain for a free pizza.

The food was excellent. But I have tried unsuccessfully to retrieve an overcharge amount for 3 weeks. The email sent when the order went in was a total of $53.00. The agreed amount. They charged my bank account $59.00. The ticket presented to my daughter showed no tip. But it was included. They were given $5.00 when delivered, too. So this driver got $11.00 on top of the tip included. I have visited this store twice, neither the store manager or owner has called me back. I am going to call corporate. I was told by the supervisor that this overcharging issue has happened before. His name is John, manager Sam and the owners name escapes me at the moment. Horrible business acumen. I will NOT do business with them ever again.

Horrible experience with this domino’s twice in a row. I know it’s Christmas Eve so I didn’t mind it taking long at all, and I wanted the driver to be safe as possible. Driver did a great job with his part, but we ended up getting two speciality chickens, a medium pizza and a cherry coke. Both our chicken meals are burnt, cold and way overcooked. The pizza taste (I’m not even being dramatic) like wet dog. It’s so disgusting. Our cherry coke is also a diet coke. I understand if cherry is out but why not give a regular coke or something not diet? Only people that liked diet are the ones who order it in my opinion. Tried to call multiple times just to have the calls ended before reaching anyone. There’s no way to call to get a reorder or anything.

Worst dominos experience ever. Ordered a pizza at 7:40 pm and is told the wait will be 20-30 mins. Over an hour later i get a text saying that the delivery driver is on the way. Another hour and i get another text saying that delivery driver is in my neighborhood. 30 minutes later, i check the website tracker and it says that the order has been completed. No pizza in sight. Called multiple times and was hung up on. I just wanted my pizza and lava cakes man 🙁 Jaylen i hope you enjoyed my order.

I ordered online on a Friday night and received my order 21 minutes after placing it. The food was hot and fresh, and everything was correct. The delivery person (the tracker said his name was Kent) was very friendly.

Back in February when I was horribly sick with a severe sinus infection and bronchitis I placed an order. Unknown to me the app automatically chooses the closest location and changed my store to this new one that just opened. It is not closer by mileage or by time, but somehow it is “my closest store”. They delivered my order to the completely wrong person/street. That person contacted me with my info off the box asking if I have their order. I did not. Then I suppose Domino’s realized their error as my tracker started up again and started remaking the order only for me to still not get it. It said delivered again, but wasn’t to me. I called the store and told them with how late it was I’m going to bed hungry. To their credit they did issue a refund. They said my street wasn’t pulling up on their system for some reason. My street is old, on every GPS system. Florence domino’s probably knows my address by heart. I was told the number they tried calling was off by one digit. I ordered from the app, which had my correct number. Even the guy was confused by that.
