My family likes this food court restaurant, however my grandson only eats the beef and chicken, no rice or veggies. They charge $12.65 for just meat, adding $1.99 for extra meat even though I say before I order, to the same guy every tine that we don’t want extra meat! Customer service means nothing to them. I will never spend another dime here. Osaka will be my go to place when the family wants teriyaki.

I tried the Chicken Teriyaki with brown rice and vegetables. It was delicious. The seasoning was perfect with the meat being tender and the vegetables had some sweetness. This meal had the perfect salty to sweetness ratio. I’ll be going here again for sure to try new things in the menu.

Honestly I was surprised as to how good this was for being a mall location. It’s no restaurant food, but it’s well prepared and SO filling! So quick too! Took about 3 minutes from paying to eating.

What an amazing gem of a place! We had poke bowls and they were the best we’ve ever had! Not too mention the excellent presentation. Did not expect too find such excellent quality food at a food court. The chef also knows how to crack a joke. Will definitely go back here next time we’re around.

The food is to die for! Everything is so flavorful and delicious! The people are as amazing as the food. Everyone is kind and puts so much effort into making excellent food. My favorite dishes have to be the spicy crab rolls and the shrimp tempura roll. Best restaurant in the mall

Nice staff but hard at hearing. I was surprised because I normally get outstanding food from this place.I wanted a beef special and they made chicken which I did not ask for. They made me the beef but i could not eat it. It had a horrible taste. The only thing that was good was the rice.
