If you want hot food think again! They will have you sit in the drive through waiting for 10-15min to tell you when you order that they are not doing hot food due to staffing understandable but put a sign up at the front of the drive through so people don’t have to wait and find out. Also it’s online or drive through only no dining in so don’t listen to their website. The most dysfunctional place I’ve ever been!

I go in there to get a latte and a breakfast sandwich standing in line for a couple minutes. Behind two other people the guy comes out, puts a sign up the counter is closed and says we’re too busy at the drive-through to take any more customers. Very unprofessional. I come here 2 to 3 times a week minimum will never come back here again.

Not sure what the bad reviews are for. There were 3 or 4 guys working like crazy to pump out the massive amounts of online orders and drive through orders and despite being super busy they are very quick and efficient. Staff was also VERY professional and nice and overall my experience was great. Thanks guys!

Staff is rude and obnoxious. Worst drive through I have ever had the displeasure of using. Staff all have ipods in the ear that is not connected to the drive through headset. Staff doesn’t even try to pretend to listen. When they don’t have the donuts you want they don’t tell you they just give you whatever they feel like.

Went though the drive thru this morning. I ordered egg bites and a latte. Came to the window and paid $10 cash. He handed me my egg bites with no napkins or a fork. I asked for a fork he says all out of forks and hands me a knife. Really???!!! So, eat my egg bites with a knife??? Wow! Then he shuts the window. Waited an additional 10 minutes for my latte and still no change. A new guy then comes to the window hands me my latte says I don’t know what your order was and I didn’t take it so I don’t know how to give you change. I drove off and said forget it. I would have tipped but I wasn’t even offered my change. Very dissatisfied customer and won’t be returning!

Sick of the 30 min wait for 5 cars. Lied to every other day about their oven being down when in reality they’re understaffed and poorly trained. Seems like they have permanently closed their lobby even though the on days with 3+ associates they don’t even try to open it. Associates are seen outside on smoke breaks often, unsurprisingly they get behind quickly.
