As a food truck business with multiple trucks, we focus on the biggest and best events in the Austin area. This includes SXSW, The Trail of Lights, the F1 Race, and the majority of the large conferences at the Austin Convention Center and Palmer Events Center.
When we aren’t at those events, we cater many weddings, office lunches, and other parties. If you are planning an event and want your guests to enjoy a ridiculously good food experience, bring in the best of the best BBQ that Austin has to offer without waiting in absurd lines.

Our office ordered meals for us for our company party. The brisket was delicious and the mac and cheese was a hit with my crew. We got a wide variety of sides, which I appreciate instead of just the same sides that usually come with BBQ. I would comment on the ribs and sausage, but my teen ate them all before I got to taste them! Guess there will have to be a next time.

Bohemian BBQ was our wedding caterer, and we couldn’t have been more satisfied with the food and service. Lance was easy to communicate with, accommodated to our various changes, and was fun to work with. He gave us a sampler of his food for us to choose from and he visited the venue prior to the wedding to make sure everything went smoothly. His team was timely and professional during the wedding, and the food was outstanding! Everyone was very impressed with the BBQ, and wouldn’t stop raving about the burnt end appetizers and brisket Mac and cheese! We would highly recommend Bohemian BBQ caterering.

WOW!!!! Bohemian BBQ came to an event at my work and I was blown away, the food was delicious. I had brisket and chicken with double baked potatoes and BRISKET MAC AND CHEESE!!! I am in love, staff was all family and very friendly. I loved the food and it was better when i found out it was homemade. I even saved half my plate to let my husband try too, he gave it a 10.

We used Boho BBQ for a corporate event and it went very well! Lance was super responsive and easy to talk with. The food was GREAT! Everyone loved it and had wonderful feedback! I personally tried the pork and chicken and was impressed by both. I’d recommend them for any event. Punctual, easy-going people with delicious food and simple set up for us. Bohemian Barbecue is a food truck that has the best barbecue sliders I’ve ever tasted. They were at a party at the convention center in Austin, and were the best food by far. They were also gracious enough to make a goodie bag to take back to the hotel after the evening event was over, too. I’ll be sure to check their calendar and find the trick the next time I’m back in town.

The 2 meat plate ($13) was 2 small pieces of brisket (tender, but no bark, and more than 1/3 of it was non-rendered fat) and a tiny nondescript sausage, with 2 sides. The coleslaw was bland, with no evidence of vinegar or horseradish as described in the menu. The potato salad was also bland. The Bohemian sandwich ($10) sounded awesome, but was mediocre and couldn’t be eaten as a sandwich – needed a fork. I’m sorry that I added a tip because the price was way too high for the quality and quantity. I can’t understand how online reviews state that the plates have huge servings of meat; maybe that was in the past? I’m sorry I don’t have anything positive to say because I was really looking forward to the food. Also, the online menu will not match the menu available at the truck. When I asked about that, they said that the online menu was for online ordering only.

I tried the Boho Frito (frito pie with brisket and pulled pork) and it was delicious! It was pricey but it was comparable to the other food trucks at COTA during Formula 1. The amount of meat I got on this was impressive and it was enough to share with my son.

Stopped at Zilker Trail of Lights, wife had pork, I had Brisket sliders, they were excellent. Good portions. Next time trying the bohemian sandwich, looked very good.

Food truck was expensive and food was not that great. Got a smoked cheeseburger with chips at COTA and the burger felt like it was a cheap frozen hamburger patty from wal-mart. No toppings or anything special. Chips were great though!
