Quite possibly the worst Dunkin Donuts I ever go to, it’s one of the closest and most convenient locations, yet I find myself driving out of the way to go to another better Dunks whenever I have the time due to the constant issues and poor food quality. Found a cheese wrapper in my sandwich this time, the other half of my order was wrong because they didn’t have a bunch of items.

I agree with these bad reviews they are true. That being said there are some good employees that still make food good and are polite when they speak to you. But what I really don’t like is the bathroom its beyond unacceptable it’s filthy send the hazmat team in to decontaminate pls

I come in at least 5 days a week the staff are amazing, the regular customers that come in everyday are friendly to all new comers. It’s a great atmosphere very clean fast service i recommend trying it once and you will become a regular too!!! Happy Holidays

Service has gone downhill in the last 3 months. Slower service, espresso machine is often broken. Several times had to wait in store 10+ minutes for a mobile order.. when they just forgot to mention something wasn’t working and what I wanted instead. Not sure what changed used to be very efficient and good quality.

They said they were “cleaning” kitchen even though the guy was talking to his friend and telling everyone the can’t make drink since he was cleaning and that machine was down. To be honest I would recommend the Dunkin’ near beach st in revere, Massachusetts and I would avoid this place and don’t come to this Dunkin
