Our food was delicious but our wait at the window was about 30 minutes. I would call ahead if I had known. I asked for my drink without ice and when it came with ice and I asked for it to be with no ice the server was clearly irritated. It was busy and the food was so good, though! Best onion rings ever!!

In addition to the consistency of their offerings they provide a convenient phone ahead service to those working near by . I’ve frequented Heros several times a month for the last ten years. I love the burgers and sub sandwiches. The spuds are always tasty too!

It’s just a little hole in the wall kind of place but the food is always good, freshly prepared while you wait and the combo meal portions are great for the price. I always love stopping in for the cheeseburger combo when I’m in the area. Would definitely recommend it if you like good country diner style menu.

Delicious food! I’ve been coming here for 20 years and it’s a must stop visit for me every time I am in town. Some of my favorites to eat are the steak sandwiches, fries, onion rings, burgers and gyros! Must try their sauces too my favorites is the jalapeño sauce, gyro sauce, and creamy Italian sauce, they all go great with any thing you order!

Food is generally really good. Today I came in and ordered ahead. As I was walking in, one of the workers was taking an order out to a vehicle in the parking lot. They were wearing the blue nitrile gloves as a part of food safety protocol… or so I thought. They then proceeded to re-enter the facility and opened both doors with their gloved hands. Then immediately went behind the counter and prepared my sandwich WITHOUT changing gloves or washing their hands!!!!!! They also used the same gloves to move the small amount of tomatoes into the top of another prep container. Neither of which seemed to be labeled or dated (from what I can see). I did not say anything, and I hope I don’t get sick from anything as all the food she handled was ready to eat. I have my Servsafe Manager certification and it absolutely appalled me with the lack of food safety protocols being followed. I’m posting this for the owner’s awareness in hopes they rectify these issues before someone gets sick.
