My Son and I walked in and the employees were all standing right in front of us where they prepare the food. NONE acknowledged us but eventually one guy did. . They didn’t say a word or look up and only one person was in there dining. They weren’t busy. Only to us a couple of minutes to decide what we wanted to order. We had to ask to be waited on.

Disappointed:This place doesn’t have the quality of food & service it once had.. We usually spend $50-70 each time we place an order. Last Saturday,April 15th, we placed an order that totaled $71..I placed the order online & when we picked it up they told us that they were out of loaded spuds so we requested a refund, which I understand but I noticed they forgot our additional meats for 2 of our meals. I went back inside & told them & they gave us our hot links but I’m not sure it was the correct amount for what we paid. I wasn’t given a refund receipt & they seemed very unorganized. They were not busy either..We got home & they forgot our double beans with our Full rack of ribs along with no sauce. I called them to let them know but the overall experience was so disappointing. Just know it’s hit or miss with quality of food and service.

I’ve ordered food from them multiple times. I need to have my food prepared gluten free and they are very careful every time, making sure they use different gluten free meats and a fresh working space. They’ve also been very fast in delivering the order hot and fresh, and they’re definitely the go-to BBQ place in Owasso.
