Marco’s is my favorite for chain store pizza for taste and value. I ordered carry out by phone, and they were having issues with the app not working and learning a new register/system. Both the lady who took my order and the man who rang me up were very pleasant and friendly. What impressed me, though, was the manager who set the tone for the store making sure all operations were running smoothly AND checking on the mental health of each employee calling them out by name. It’s obvious he cared about his staff and the customers.

I ordered here today and this is the salad I received. I didn’t notice it’s condition until I got home. Next time I know either to check before I leave the store or don’t order the salad at all. It’s browning and old. I was told the manager would be giving me a call but it seems unlikely.

I went to the one on Taylor Rd. I put in an order for a pizza and boneless wings and I kept track of it and it stayed on “prepare”. So I went to see what was going on. The workers there DID NOT have it together. The guy tells me the pizza was ready but I have to wait 10-15 min for the wings….what? But I ordered it an hr ago, should’ve been ready. And then I saw that same guy in the back putting his BARE HANDS on my wings. Good thing I didn’t pay before hand. I left. That’s just nasty.

I haven’t had a Marco’s pizza in forever so I placed an order for a large mushroom and pepperoni pizza with cheese sticks. When it got here, I started In on the cheese sticks which were yummy. When I opened the pizza box I noticed it wasn’t what I ordered so I called the restaurant…manager put me on hold to call the driver. Another guy picked up and I explained what was going on so he said he’d get a new order out to me. Very shortly another driver was at my door with my pizza and two orders of cheese sticks. Pizza was cold…not sure how a pizza and cheese sticks were prepared and delivered a mile away in less than 15 minutes. I’m glad the order was corrected but I’d much rather had a hot pizza.

Ordered online through the app and went to pick the pizza up and the crust was totally burnt, I pointed this out and the worker replied “it’s the cheese, there is nothing we can do about that” I said yes there is, you could’ve offered to make me another one. This is the second time I have been “burnt” by this particular store and will not be returning.

Placed an online order at 6 PM with an estimated delivery of 7 PM. At 7:15 I called the store to ask about the status of the delivery, the phone was answered and I was immediately put on hold, twice. By 7:35 I still haven’t got an update or my pizza. Clearly no supervision or quality control going on at this location.

Even without the option of a stuffed crust, Marcos is easily one of our favorite go to pizza places for our weekly pizza night. They have a fantastic offering of specialty pizzas like the white cheesy and we change our order up often. The staff is always very friendly too, if you have the chance to enter the location. Occasionally the pizza can be a bit on the greasy side.
