the order tracker literally didnt update. the delivery driver called us and rudely said they were at my location and didnt know where they were. we said okay we’re coming out to get it. this same person calls us literally a minute later AS we’re trying to get out of our building that has multiple sets of stairs and when we come outside they’re GONE. idk what type of unprofessional drivers yall got up there but do better for real. and the app sucks at tracking the order it might as well not even be a feature.

Called with a coupon that was not expired, but they were having computer issues on their side and the coupon code was not working. The worker told me I couldn’t use the coupon and he would give me 30% off instead and then promptly hung up on me. I called right back and the person said they had no idea what I was talking about. Poor customer service. The right thing to do would have been to honor the price. I will never order from the location again.

The best damn pizza I’ve ever eaten . Faster I’ve ever gotten a pizza. I think it was seriously 9 minutes from when I sent my order in til it was at my apartment. I’m not even a papa John’s fan but the fact I could order it well done. Seriously I’ve had pizza in like 300 places probably. Hands down the best pizza.

I’ve been getting this Papa Johns location delivered for the past 8 years. There have beens highs and lows, as is the case with any national pizza chain. I haven’t had Papa Johns in the last year or so, but decided to get it delivered to my apartment for lunch. I ordered cheesebread and a medium hawaiian specialty pizza. Fresh and hot. Delivery was quick. Usually people leave more negative comments for chains when they have a bad experience…but I thought I’d leave a nice review as a reminder that there can be good experiences too.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a pizza at 11:30 pm. It is now 2:04 am and I have yet to receive the pizza. I tipped well and only ordered one item. I have been told multiple times it will only be half an hour but it has been over two. The customer service is not reliable or friendly. The time tracker is not accurate. I am beyond frustrated with this location and will be seeking out a refund.
