This Restaurant and Deli and Grocery Store has been around almost forever, and it is always delicious food. Tonight was takeout tabouli, halloumi cheese, zatar Pita, feta pita, some Turkish delight, and pickled beets and turnips. We came here a few years ago and LOVED the service and the food. The gentleman that I’m assuming runs the place is the absolutly the sweetest. Caring and helpful. There baklava is the BEST to. We live 2 hours away now and still drive here just for the baklava and rosewater lemonade ❤️❤️

This review is 2 years over due. Two years ago we traveled to Phoenix and discovered the Middle Eastern Bakery. We recently visited Phoenix this month- April 2021. It is hands down the best middle eastern food we have ever had (and that’s saying a lot from New Yorkers). The gyro platter, lemonade, pita and baklava (especially the birds’ nest) is to die for. In a one week trip, we visited about 6 times and took food in our carry-on bags. While the food is exceptional, the best reason to go is for the owners. Isam and his wife started Middle Eastern Bakery ages ago, and their smiling faces will make you feel immediately at home. Anyone who is lucky enough to share a coffee and baklava will surely do what we do—- recommend Middle Eastern Bakery to everyone who goes within a 200 miles radius of Phoenix.

Pictures show the coffee and baklava I had today but nonetheless this is an amazing place! My girlfriend and I come here all the time, the owners are very friendly and their customer service is exceptional! The food is always prepared with love, cooked right, and has nice presentation! I sincerely recommend coming here, especially if you’re into Middle Eastern or Mediterranean food.
