First two times here were great. We get the mad spicy chicken teriyaki and the spicy tofu teriyaki. Picked up dinner for my overworked husband and me tonight and the noodles are mushy, overcooked, and broken which is such a disappointment after a long day. We love the noodles normally and really like to reheat these bowls for lunch but mushy noodles are impossible to reheat and are so unappetizing even fresh. It’s a shame they let this go out the door.

I normally eat here all the time. Last week my good was horrible. I ordered Teriyaki Chicken. I got home and the sauce was spllied all over my entire order after I cleaned up the bowl I noticed the sauce was very thin unlike normal. I literally has soup in my rice bowl. I called and was offered a refund or to replace the meal. I opted for the food to be replaced. Today 7/7 I placed and order to get the replaced order and it is worse than the first order. THE RICE IS NOT DONE. INFACT IT’S CRUNCHY!!!!!!! The chicken is cooked perfectly but the rice ruined the meal for me. I thought it may have been just one scoop but nope all of it is not done at all. THANKS for this experience. I will take my business elsewhere. I don’t know what’s worse under cooked or over cooked rice either way I don’t want it! PLEASE MALE SURE YOUR RICE COOKER IS SET APPROPRIATELY otherwise this will if not already happen to someone else

First time trying T Madness. We ordered the spicy tofu, teriyaki chicken, and teriyaki steak. Tofu was great, perfectly cooked which kind of surprised me. Chicken was solid too, maybe a tiny bit too much char, but still really good. The steak had good flavor, not the best quality, but I’m assuming to keep prices reasonable they have to make some sacrifices. The vegetables were great, cooked fresh and still with a bit of crunch. Service was fine. Overall a good experience. Well done.

I’ve been driving by this place and I love a good Chicken Teriyaki. I told the young lady that helped me that. And she said I would love it. Well it definitely wasn’t what was pictured and with no sauce. Just chicken breast pieces with a slight Teriyaki flavor. Totally confused why all the good reviews if they always serve Chicken Teriyaki like that.

I just don’t know what happened when this place first opened up it was great. The steak is not what it used to be. It’s like sliced beef. Judging from what I’m eating right now. Versus the photos that I can see in the reviews are completely different. This is typical restaurant fashion open up and then bring the food down. Also start charging more. I don’t care about inflation. If the quality of your food goes down then social prices. I don’t need an apology from the company.

First timer, orange chicken, teriyaki chicken breast, & noodles we’re delicious. The vegetables were not very good, they tasted freezer burnt. The crab appetizer was pretty tasty. Staff was very nice, wait time was approx 25 min.

Terrible Customer Service. I ordered more of the Spicy chicken teriyaki and the orange chicken and they charged me $18 for two extra sides of meat. I could have just bought another meal. The sides of meat shouldn’t cost as much as a meal is. Also they let someone else walk out with my order and didn’t say anything to me, they just had me sit and wait thinking i’d get my order in a timely manner, and they failed to do so.
