Attempted to order online. Website down….again. Called in and the virtual ordering process was a failure. Ask the computer voice for a human. 12 minutes later, someone answered. I had arrived at the store by then. I wanted to order some cheesy bread and asked if they would honor the online price, since their website was down again. She proceeded to quote me the store price in a very rude manner, without answering my question. This isn’t the first time I received lackluster service from this location. As I pulled around the back of the store to exit back onto the main road, I noticed a lovely 20 ft long 6 ft High pile of used insulation sitting outside in the rain propped up alongside the building. Lovely! No more Domino’s from this location for me.

There was a young man in there as shift manager that was phenomenal, now the manager in there is just awful. No customer service abilities or personality at all. The quality of pizza has gone down. If Dominos was smart they would reach out to the young man of color that was in there as shift manager not long ago from the Atlanta TX community and get your customer base back. We rather drive the extra miles and go to Luvs truck stop for pizza. The last pizza we got from this week was lacking. Think they can’t screw up a pizza recipe you try to make fool proof, well these folks do. The right management makes 100% difference

If I could give a ZERO star rating I would. I ordered bbq wings and they gave me a some of the habanero and for SOME reason they put a bunch of cinnamon mixed in! They rarely get my order right even with a generous tip. I tried to file a complaint but they wouldn’t do anything about it and if they did it would be like a $5 gift receipt for a $100 order. I will never go back to that place again. 0/10 would never recommend the Atlanta Texas Domino’s to even my enemy.

The driver is the only reason they got 2 stars, he was very nice (on his own he’d get 5). When I noticed it had been 20 minutes since my food went to quality check and the tracker showed the driver went back to the store after most of the delivery time driving around town to his other deliveries, I called the manager and had informed him that last time I ordered from them and this happened my food was cooled and I had to microwave it. He said he’d just bagged it and it was hot…uh-oh. Yes microwaving bread (crust and bites) will become chewy…. same as it does under a heat lamp for 20 minutes but bites and crusts will continue to slowcook and harden the crust and bites. Chewy and the bites on top were over cooked and hard. I’m in town frequently but will not order from this location again. Not going for three strikes.

When you call the order in you get a robot. Could not get my order right. Finally was able to talk to a person. She took my order and then put me on hold to finalize my order. Was on hold for 15 minutes. Called back time and time again for an hour to check the status of my order but nobody would answer the phone
