I love this place. Anything I’ve ordered has been delicious and the service on the phone, at the counter or the delivery driver has been great. I feel bad for the folks reading any bad reviews because this place is definitely worth a shot. Keep up the great work and I’ll keep ordering the pizza.

We order from this place at least 2 time a month, not anymore. We did order thru DoorDash ($70) but when you order a chicken garlic pizza you should get chicken on that pizza. I called and the manger ask what would you like us to do, I replied mabye a discount on the next order. She said there was nothing they can do, is that it. I guess not. Thanks for the assistance manger on duty.

After at least three VERY late deliveries, I’ve decided to stop giving them my business. I can’t plan dinner when I have absolutely no idea when the unpredictable pizza company is going to decide to show up. They obviously don’t care about their customers.

Ordered delivery, initially we were told it would take 45 minutes to an hour. Around the hour mark, I checked on the app and it said the driver was not even at the store but driving in the opposite direction. I attempted to make contact with the driver, he said the order wasn’t ready yet (1h15m in). FINALLY the order is received 2 hours and 30 minutes later. 2/4 items from the order were missing. Driver said that was all the store gave him and to contact the store. Called the store to ask about it, leading with the name on the order and informed them of missing items. The woman who answered the phone was rude and abrasive, and when we asked how to remedy the missing items she said it was not her problem. There was no solution, we were out $50 of our almost $80 order. Extremely disappointing. Food was cold when received, will not be ordering from this location ever again.

don’t place order from This famous trash pizza restaurant, they receive your order but never prepare, and don’t inform you, after 3 hours, you call them, they said don’t prepare! So angry

If there is less than one star I would give this place. They don’t even know what the word of clean means because they are not clean at all. First, it’s expensive for a very bad service. Second, they never have gloves on and the people that work there keep having their hands everywhere. They also very late with any order. Just save your money and get pizza from another place.

Ordered at 7:03pm. Arrived just after 7:30pm for my online order that was estimated to be ready at 7:33pm was told “oh we are about to put it in the oven” sat in the lobby playing chess on my phone. A few minutes later the staff started freaking out

We ordered delivery online from sunnyside location Friday night 7/08/16. This was our first experience with ballagios. After the driver had already left we realized they had not given us our cheesecake slice that we paid for. I called at 8:30 and informed them, they briefly said they would come back with it. It is 11:35pm and still they have not arrived. I’d have been asleep 2 hours ago but in order to be respectful and polite I didn’t want the delivery man to feel like it was a wasted trip. Secondly we ordered bread sticks that were nearly completely black and so burnt they were inedible. Not only are we incredibly disappointed, but I also feel extremely disrespected.
