Two of us went to have an early lunch approximately around 11:30am. We both got the steak bowls and jaxed it up. We were happy with our bowls and the fries were fresh. The place was clean as well. The staff was courteous when I returned to the counter twice asking for extra spicy ranch and salsa and then a bag for our leftovers. There is one thing that I would like to see is plastic knives. They don’t seem to offer them. However, I will not deduct any stars for my preference.

All of the Pepperjax have gone downhill recently, and this one is no different. Chicken is tough, and they honestly tried to give me 4 pieces of pepper and 6 pieces of onion in a rice bowl until I asked for more. Thank goodness this one hasn’t been remodeled yet, or that’s what I’d have had to deal with, since you can’t see them make your food any more at the remodeled ones. Most of the staff were very friendly, except the first girl taking your order and cooking.

A little bit expensive that’s for sure but my husband likes when we come in Omaha. I Tried steak Philadelphia with everything with fireball but except mushrooms and it was very good. Usually I have burrito with steak which it was ok. But I would be a little bit more spices in the French fries.

I usually do not go to this location but was in the area. The restaurant was clean, the staff was efficient and pleasant. Our sandwich was excellent. I may drive out of my way to go back to this location, the one nearest to my home, not as pleasant.

Asked for my dressing on the side, and it was printed on the reciept, but there was Ranch all over my salad and I didn’t get the Au Jus at all. There were NO beans in it. Salad was watery. Really disappointing.
