The worst experience ever. Overcharge me twice as much. I told him that there’s an online price which you can’t order online it never lets me so I have to call India to place my order and they always honor the online order price. Supposedly the manager said oh that’s only for online customers extremely rude told me that I didn’t have to have an attitude when he had an immediate attitude about the pricing. Real class in this place!

I ordered 3 large pizzas at 2:30pm on Sunday April 30th for delivery at 5pm the same day. The tracking said it was being prepared. I called the store at 5:30, was hung up on twice, the third time was informed the computer system was down and the order was not being made. I asked to speak to the manager, was put on hold for 5 minutes. I gave up and went to Domino’s. Dinner for 8 people was now 1 hour late. A phone call would have been nice to tell me my order, that had been placed 3 hours earlier, would not be coming. Very poor communication. And the text I received at 6:30 said the order was out for delivery. I’m very glad my guests and I didn’t wait for your delivery.

I cannot believe how bad the pizza was here. I have loved Pizza hut for years. I ordered a pan pizza with double pepperoni not just extra but double pepperoni and pineapple and light sauce. I told them to please make sure they did light sauce and double pepperoni or I would have them remake it. So we go pick it up and it looked light on the pepperoni but it looked good. I paid and tipped them 5.00 went home to eat the pizza. For one it was full of sauce and very under cooked. Tried to call and no one answered the phone even trying 4 times to call. We then drove all the way back to have them make it again and it was still wrong. so they told me they would make it one more time and that was all. They said that is the way they make them. I travel all over the USA and have never been treated this way at any Pizza Hut. I thought about it for a minute and decided I don’t want them to make another messed up pizza. so I went to Dominoes who care about their customers. They made me a beautiful pizza the Way I ordered it. So don’t waste your at this Pizza Hut they don’t care about their customers even though many other Pizza Hut stores do. just don’t bother going to this particular branch they suck!

Ordered online for a scheduled delivery later in the day. Pizza arrived an hour past the delivery time and the quality was not great. Store doesn’t answer their phone in the whole process. Recommend ordering somewhere else.

took over an hour to deliver. everything was cold (pizza, wings, and bread sticks). one, one ounce marinara for 5 sticks. after i placed the order i got a text 20 minutes later say my order was placed. i called the store several times but they didn’t answer. awful job.

Order was 30 minutes late. 2 pizzas and wings were missing from thr order. Tried calling the store 6 times with no answer. Drove to the store and the manager argued with me that I got all of my order. After a couple minutes of that she turned around and saw the rest of my order in the oven behind ger. Got a half hearted apology.

Very bad. We spent over $60 and gave a generous tip. Every single item on the order was wrong. We tried calling multiple times and never got through/ were hung up on. Someone left another bad review an hour ago. To the owner of the restaurant: please make sure this isn’t happening to good paying customers. When people spend this much to eat out and your employees clearly don’t care about the quality of service this isn’t going to be good for your business.
