Everything the Bennetts do is gold. Love their local growing chain. Been to all their restaurants multiple multiple times and always a great experience all around. I’m super excited because this location is the closest one to my house now. Excellent quality food. High quality, chef quality. I’ve seen some other less than great reviews on here. That’s not a typical Bennetts experience. If anything it’s because this location JUST opened. If you haven’t been here yet or to any of their other locations you are missing out. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

We have been there three times since it opened. We used to go to the Roseville establishment. We always had a great time every time that we were there. The new West side grill is so awesome, of course it’s new so there will be some growing pains. But our three visits, were as good as being at the Roseville restaurant, but now it’s around the corner from where we live. Thanks Bennetts for being here in Rocklin. Nothing like the Mussels with the extra side order of toasted Cristini, Cheers…..

Realizing they have only been open a few days…the clam chowder was flavorful and hearty, but cold and no crackers. The prime rib was well seasoned and not too fatty, but cold. The accompanying mash potatoes were buttery and had great texture, but were cold. No bread comes with your meal. I’m sure this will tighten up once they are open a bit longer, but room for improvement.

Have been to the location on Eureka so was excited to try this one -much closer to my home. I started out and ordered the quiche. What I got looked more like a pot pie-lots of crust. I was expecting a slice of quiche. I took one bite and it was very cold on the inside & crust was undercooked. I let our server know & he quickly took it back and I changed my order to have avocado toast (since I have enjoyed that at the other location). They did quickly bring the avocado toast, which I was also disappointed with. The avocado did not appear to be fresh. Rather than having slices or chunks, it was smashed like guacamole, and had a citric acid taste to it. Reminded me of the smashed avocado you can buy in the grocery store. The bread that it’s on is very good, although they were very small pieces, and the salad it came with was good. Our server was pleasant, but he did seem inexperienced, not really sure what he was doing. Additionally, my coffee cup handle had a large chip out of it and a crack. And my husband’s coffee cup had a large chip around the rim. I got my coffee, got the cream a little later but nothing to stir it with. The decor of the restaurant was very nice. I actually liked it better than the other location, but the food and the staff will have some room for improvement. Hopefully I can return & the kinks will be worked out.

This restaurant is such a wonderful addition to the area! The atmosphere is very enjoyable. The bar is massive and they have so much seating throughout. The food was some of the best food I’ve had! I can’t recommend the spinach dip or butter cake enough! This is now a new staple for us.

Poor experience. My wife and I came for Sunday brunch (at 9:15am they had just opened) approx. 10 other customer already seated. Staff were unorganized, everyone walking around with no urgency or purpose. Slow to get service, slow to get basic questions answered about the menu. My crab omelet arrived 20min after ordering and my wife’s food arrived another 8 minutes later? Waitress blamed the kitchen “they are busy?” Every meal that came out of the kitchen was 1 plate at a time and the staff carried the food around to each table asking if they had order it? Never seen anything like it.
