Service and good quality are ok but 9 out of 10 times I go thru the drive thru I ask for and pay for extra zax sauce and fry salt only to get all the way back to work to find that there is no zax sauce at all in my bag and unsalted fries.

Not a fan told them it was our first time here and asked about the sauces, I told her we will get some honey mustard and zaxbys sauce, she said ok and came back to the window to advise they charge for sauce i think that’s ridiculous but whatever. checked the bag later and got ranch sauce I didn’t even ask for and an opened ketchup packet in the bag that made a mess. The food is not that great and does not compare to chic filet or even Popeyes. Asked for large fries and got a small half filled container of half seasoned fries. The chicken sandwich was a little tough and small. Glad a had some extra chic filet sauce to make it a little better.

The customer service sucked! If you tell someone to park as you wait on their online order to come through. If the order doesn’t come through after the appropriate time, out of @ least 5 staff members inside, NO ONE came out and got my already paid for order! I had to call and was told to come inside. Then gave me skimpest tenders and a few fries! I will not be back to this one until there is a turnover in staffing!

I came here Nov 19 2022 to pick up some food and was met with nothing but disrespect. This fast food employee named Noel answered the drive through window and we politely asked him “Could we please have our fries fresh?” He laughs and tells the cook “They want them well done” to which then we said “Oh no! We said fresh.” And he arrogantly laughs and says “They want them fresh sorry.” Then he tells us to hang tight and slams the window on us. We waited for our food for 10 minutes and when it was done, it was cold, the hot wings weren’t right. It was just a terrible visit. I may not ever go to Zaxby’s again. I’ve never been met with this much disrespect and if it were up to me, he’d be fired on the spot. Thats not how you treat your customers.

This was my first time at a Zaxby’s. In my opinion the food was great. Everything I ordered was very good. The service good and the restaurant was very clean. We did eat in but, at the time of this post about half of the tables inside were closed do to COVID-19. They didn’t provide trays. Just to go boxes. Also, I want around 7:30pm and from the outside the restaurant looks closed but, they are open for dine in. Highly recommend. Also as a side note, if you like golf you might really like this location.
