This is NOT authentic Mexican food. I hate to be the one to say it, but this food was bad all the way across the board. (Check my other reviews, I went on a mission to find the best Mexican food in Douglasville so I’ve had my share of good and bad experiences.) It was our first visit to this Mexican restaurant, so we ordered a lot of food to try. Carne asada, steak fajitas, burritos, ceviche, rice and beans, chicken tenders and fries, and of course chips and salsa and a side of queso.

Starving today, my daughter and I stopped in to have lunch. We ordered from the Lunch Special menu. I ordered the Taco, Enchilada, Burrito Combination and my daughter ordered the Texas Fajitas. Chips and Salsa were good. Service was excellent. Food arrived promptly. Everything was good size and tasted great. This location is highly recommended!

This was my first time at this place and i liked it the service was good for a friday night and the food was good. I just expected that the nachos were a bigger plate with more food and looked more appetizing and not so bland… other than that i recommend this restaurant also the churros were super delicious

They have some good dishes and they have some not-so-good dishes. I like the chicken dish with the onions and the spinach but I wished I could get them to understand the word caramelize. I have the same problem with La Bambas so maybe it’s a cultural thing.

I dont know what to say about this place. I orderd beef notches and asked the waitress what type of beef. She answered ground beef. I thought it was authentic and she said you are in the USA. What a smart ass! After a good 20 min. wait I got a plate full of greasy cheese and tortilla chips. I refused the nachos as the manager tried to explain this is normal. I don’t think so, I’ve ate alot of nachos in my day. Service is terrible they cant evern refill my sweet tea. Avoid this place and drive to the next Mexican restaurant, you will be happy you did.

I got finished with work early on a Tuesday, so I headed here for Lunch. My friendly amigo greeted me at the front, got my drink and chips & salsa (Good salsa). I had a good frozen Texas margarita for the hot day & it was just right. They also have aguas frescas too (watermelon, hibiscus, horchata). My server was Letty I believe. I ordered the queso with chiles torreados (charred fresh jalapeños) with queso as an appetizer & the Fried Fish & shrimp tacos with slightly spicy cabbage slaw. They were awesome. I’ll be back soon.

Had a pretty decent experience at Fiesta Azteca, good was pretty standard across the board for the average Mexican restaurant. We got the salsa and chips to start like normal with a small queso, salsa was decent, had a little heat to it, but not too much. We ordered the California burrito and the fried fish tacos. After we waited for a little bit the food came out, the California Burrito was rather large and looked great, covered with cheese and had rice and charro beans, then my fish tacos came out and was shrimp tacos, the waiter rang the order in wrong, but it wasn’t a big deal. I ate the shrimp tacos, they had the spicy Cole slaw and was really good. Other than the messed up order we didn’t have any issues. The waiter was apologetic about the mess up and the we had a good meal, so overall it was good.

Food was mediocre everything was bland. I’ve had better tasting food from Chipotle and Moe’s The Best thing was the chips and salsa and DO NOT ORDER THE QUESO you’ll be paying 5 dollars for a small cup of velveeta cheese, that my daughter said tastes like the cheese at school.
