I don’t leave alot of reviews but had to for this place deserves 5 stars hands down. Service is great, professional and friendly staff always ready to greet their customers with a bright demeanor. Foods come out before I even sit down. Drive thru line is long but only cuz the time for people to order takes longer than food turnaround time. Take grab and go concept to a whole new level– Quick and easy. We need more fast food dining institutions like this.

Been here about 3 times it since it opened and it is not getting better. First time they forgot my two parfaits, next time they mess up sandwiches. This last time the would not allow us to place a small breakfast chicken mini without 24 hour notice. They we ordered 2 ten count minis. They gave us the nuggets and bread separately and we had to make it.

Amazing service! We showed up unexpectedly with 50 students and they handled them quickly and efficiently. We were all fed within 10-15 minutes of arriving. For the kids who had to wait the longest, the store gave them free cookies. Most efficient and friendly Chick-fil-A ever!

The food is as good as you expect at Chick-fil-A. The service was not real fast on the order that we ordered from the app. Watch out for the traffic in the parking lot around here. The drivers are crazy.

Very quick and they put a huge awning so the employees don’t have to be in the sun. This brings in no more money for the bottom end. I give mad props for this. If they would only be more LBGSQT friendly. Good chicken sandwich

I love the low calorie options at chick fil a, & this is the best CFA location. I live on Cape and I drive to Plymouth for this restaurant instead of going to the Hyannis location. Plymouth CFA is so much faster, more consistent, and friendly.
