The Shrimp Poboy here is amazing!!! I was skeptical when it was on a regular bun, but you have to try it. It is the best thing next to homemade Poboy’s without having to make one. The shrimp was cooked perfectly, the topping all work together. I know it is a barbecue place, but I have never tried the barbecue because I can not get past the Poboy. I also had the mac n cheese and the banana pudding. They were both okay.

As far as establishments of this type the food and atmosphere were as good as can be expected. The bar was cozy and every seat in the bar area had a good view of the TVs. The music was louder than I would have liked and made it difficult to converse. The outdoor seating was well laid out and inviting as well as made you feel included with those inside. The pulled pork was very good with excellent corn bread. The collard greens were fair but I have had better. They were a bit too salty and lacked flavor. Personally I felt that the price for a platter is high for the amount of food given.

This was my first time here and overall I really enjoyed it. The food was great besides my chicken salad having thigh meat instead of chicken breast so it wasn’t my favorite. However it wasn’t a problem to remove the chicken from it and eat it without. This doesn’t deter me from coming back as their ribs were amazing. The service was great and quick. Definitely recommend!!

First time trying just got to town visiting family. I had wings potato salad, and baked beans. My Sister had pulled pork, potato salad and coleslaw, and fried pickles, my spouse had fried catfish and baked beans with cornbread, and my brother had ribs, potato salad and baked beans. Everyone was satisfied,everything tasted delicious. Fair portions for the price. Average price around $17.00 per person. I recommend you try it. I also tried the white bar-b- que sauce

Honestly loved the vibes. Cool place to hang out and get some good BBQ and some drinks. I couldn’t believe it was a franchise. The food was too good. I’ve been back now about 20 times. Will continue to go back. I recommend smoked Turkey plate and the brisket. My all time favorites.
