UPDATE: I talked to a manager who was very apologetic and helpful and he immediately issued a remake and scheduled a delivery for tonight to replace our pizzas. Very professional and kind. Yes I will still be tipping the new delivery driver tonight as I know it was not their fault 🙂

After waiting for over 5 minutes to just get helped by an employee I was told that my order was still being made and it would be another 10 minutes it was actually already done and the employee had looked directly at it when they told me it was going to be another 10 minutes. They aren’t super busy so there was no excuse like that that could be used. The pizza quality has plummeted in the last couple years, the last time I ordered the crust was worse than some frozen pizzas I’ve had. From what I’ve heard quality is declining across all Papa Johns, so maybe this location isn’t the root of the problem.

Showed up for mobile order. Was told “she’s cutting it right now”. Counter worker then went to another task. Pizza sat on ready table for 5 minutes of being ignored. Tried to get their attention kind of politely, but music in prep area too loud to hear a raised voice. Had to yell to get their attention. First and last time I’ll be using this store.
