We started out looking for a place we had never been before. We stoped at one restaurant and they had no walk ins and seen Gaetano’s. We decided to stop in and yes, we were able to get seated. I am so glad we ended up here. Our server was an older woman with short hair. She was great, very attentive and had a great sense of humor! For starters we had the Italian wedding soup, salad, bread and stuffed Italian peppers. For our meals we had chicken Parmigiana, and linguine and white clam sauce. Everything we ate was delicious, not to mention the prices are very reasonable!! I would definitely recommend!!

Excellent. We had our daughters college graduation party there and every thing was excellent. The waitresses were ready for us. The food came out very quickly. The food was excellent. The lasagna was delicious as well as the veal parmigiana. Alfredo per one family member was the best they ever had and the kids loved the pizza. The meatball sub was humongous. There were 14 of us plus the one year old.

Love the salad and house dressing. The bread is really good when brought our warm. Have had mixed reception from waitresses- they dont all come off as warm and friendly but they do their jobs! They seem to warm up to regulars… Had one really nice waitress so far. Have tried lasagna and chicken parm. They will def keep me coming back:))

This place has excellent Italian food! They are well known for their bread. YUM! You can order bread to take home also, already baked! Service is wonderful. We were there 4/16/23, a party of 50, with 3 waitresses, and they all did an excellent job! Although you can walk in without a reservation, it’s better to have one. I highly recommend this restaurant. If you love Italian food, you won’t regret it.

You end up really full from the portion size you get from here. Chicken francese is by far the best dish. Eggplant parmesan was very good as well. I’m a huge fan of tiramisu and only reason why I gave 4 out of 5 was that they don’t make this dessert themselves. You can tell it’s frozen since mine was partially frozen on top while the bottom was warm on plate from being quick thawed. Next time I go I will have to try the fried dough they have since that is made in house.

We have been enjoying meals here for over 15 years. First, in Mayfield Hts. and now in Willoughby Hills. We have NEVER had a complaint about any of our meals. The servers, Lori and Janet are wonderful, caring and funny ladies who are great at what they do! I would definitely suggest trying Gaetano’s

Horrible experience. I ordered at 6:10. I was told 6:30 for pickup. I got there at 6:40 and they had not even started the order. 20 minutes later the girl finally says my order is ready. She handed me half of it. I had to ask for my pizza. Menu said fish sandwich with tomato, tarter sauce and lettuce. I requested no tomatoes. It did not even have the tarter sauce or lettuce. The “large” pizza is the size of a small and was burnt. The order was $48 and a waste of money. I would not recommend or return.

Great food and service! We live nearby but had never been and were in the mood for Italian. The sauce was excellent. We will definitely come again. Great if you like a smaller family feel restaurant. Awesome place for local dinners out as an alternative to going downtown or to Little Italy.

Food were awesome. Italian tomato salad you don’t find in much Italian restaurants. Pizza is great. I have shrimp diavlo and really good. Shrimp cooked perfectly to crunch and pasta is al dente. Great service and friendly staff. Will be back for more. Hidden gem.
