I absolutely love this Dunkin’ Donuts since I moved here a year ago. The workers are so welcoming and friendly. They always make sure I am well taken care of with my order. My favorite go to person is Brianne. She is absolutely one of the best workers there. She knows my order every time I come in and makes my coffee PERFECT! Horrible experience, order 2 coffees on the Dunkin app had to wait 25 minutes for these coffees, whole of bunch of kids running the place. There was only one girl working and a guy slacking. I don’t recommend to come to this place in the hours 5-7. If the managers don’t step up this place will become a hated one.

IF YOU PLAN ON ORDERING A BAGEL WITH CREAM CHEESE FROM HERE , EXPECT IT TO COME PLAIN BECAUSE THEY ARE VERRRRRY STINGY ON HOW MUCH CREAM CHEESE THEY SPREAD . everytime i come for a bagel i ask for extra cream cheese & they give less than what’s on a regular bagel with cream cheese , even when ordering a bagel with the normal amount of cream cheese , they put so little … there is no reason i open my bagel and see bread instead of white cream cheese . i didn’t ask for a plain bagel with a tad bit of cream cheese . EVERY SINGLE TIME . stop being so stingy with the cream cheese .

They have improved their staff significantly since I have first moved back here. Before I was having constant issues with how my drink was being made or having issues with the food being cooked, etc. They have increased the quality behind what they put out in terms of product.
