Indiana and Beyond
Breakfast sandwich was room temp by the time I walked to the car. It had been cooked for quite a while. Coffee was great, had the new peanut butter macchiato, no complaints with it and no complaints with service other than speaking took quickly for the older customers in there at the time and for our group. They gave us a couple croissant things instead of the wraps we wanted, but we didn’t notice until we got down the road, they weren’t bad so not completely upset there except for how do you put the complete wrong thing in there when you’re reading the order word for word, or mouth to mouth. Will stop by again sometime when everything else closed or out of breakfast.

Worst Dunkin Donuts on the face of the earth!!! Went for the free donut for Donut Day. The girl at first acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about. Then when I told her what donut I wanted, she started listing all the donuts included. After everything was done, I drove away with my order…didn’t even get my free donut!!! Every single time we have gone here they have gotten our order wrong or been out of donuts (how does a donut place run out of donuts?!?) and literally every person including the owner is rude! Do yourself a favor and find another place to get a donut.

Went inside to order. Everyone was helping drive thru customers. I waited a few minutes and then asked for service. The young lady was borderline rude. I asked for 4 lemon filled donuts. She snapped at me that they don’t sell them. Really? A donut shop without lemon? Bad experience. Won’t go back.

This place is trash, the girls working here are upset for having to be there working. Extremely rude and bad service, Zoe took our order, like she was agitated to have to do anything. We got our drinks and some glazed munchkins. The drinks were just barely ok, no flavor. The munchkins, were from yesterday, stale extremely bad, I threw them away.

I’ve been coming here for years now, the prices are good compared to Starbucks and the brew is good but they can never manage to train their employees to just stir the drink before handing it out. It’s usually hit and miss but now the last 10 consecutive times I have went I have to pull out of the drive-thru go back inside and get a straw just through my sugar up in my drink. Like why even have a drive-thru man if I have to go inside every time just to get a straw to stir my drink it’s not that hard to do before handing a drink out.

My drinks are never consistent when I go here. I order the same drink every time and it somehow tastes completely different every time. The workers here are always super rude every time I come here. I get better customer service at McDonald’s.
