We love this place, and make the 60-mile, 90-minute round trip about once a month. The food is unfailingly fresh — and freshly cooked, and always gets an A to an A+. The restaurant makes no pretensions of being anything other than what it is — a comfortable environment where customers can get predictably good food … and that works just fine for us!

They double charged me once, almost $50 for two people. Didn’t realize it until I checked my bank account and thought “When the hell did I spend $50 on Chinese food?!” obviously I didn’t have a receipt or anything to dispute it, but it was kind of a bummer to see

As others have said, this place hasn’t changed in forever. Except the food, which used to be good 20 years ago, and the last 10 has been meh. Thought I’d give them another chance as its been a few years,. So I went in and after waiting for you about half an hour was finally given a menu. I ordered a T-Bone, medium, with a baked potato. I was served a T-Bone, very rare with mashed potatoes. I asked the potatoes be switched but it never arrived. The steak I ate as it was (barely) acceptable. Unimpressed by Bing’s again.

They messed up on the same dish twice and charged us for it. Wait staff was more interested in phones. The snow peas were freezer burned and portion to price was not equivalent. Spendy bad food choice.

Prior to posting, spoke to an employee as the manager was unavailable. Noted that I have eaten at their establishment twice now and unfortunately have been unimpressed. The food is very greasy, soggy and too sauce for some of those dishes. There is no freshness. We have had Chinese food at many other establishments and unfortunately this does not fit the Bill. I guess we will have to go to Portland for good Chinese food.

Went in with my Mother, older brother, and my two girls for my brother’s birthday. Waitress was on the ball, had children’s menus, waters, and brother’s drink all out within 5 minutes. She kept everything flowing, sodas full, and made sure to harass the birthday boy as much as he was her. Made my Mom’s night out even better by taking the time to take pictures with Moms phone. Thank you!!
