So I asked the young Lady the delivered my food in Pajama pants where was the straw and she said it was in the box, now as long as I have been ordering from there I have never gotten a straw in my box lunch .So I knew that she was lying when she said it… But I was prepared this time for her in timely fib… No need to lie if you forgot something.

The food is very fresh, the people that prepare your food do an excellent job they’re quick just like an assembly line they put on just what you want, they toasted or don’t toast it. You can’t go wrong with a Subway sandwich they’ve got so many different kinds and now with the special by one get one 1/2 Price for a 12 in, it’s a great deal. parking is ample outside. I stopped by on my break from work and normally this place is fine but today was not. I walked in and both the girls working were sitting in a booth talking. I did not get greeted at all. They had to go to the back and wash their hands and the first thing the girl says is what can I get you. I at least expect a hello or how are you. On top of that there is trash on the tables and not a single one of them had been wiped off. Now that i wiped my table and began to eat, neither of the girls have even taken the slightest interest in cleaning off the tables. I have worked at quiznos and jimmy johns previously. I know how this job is, but when you are slow you could at least clean your lobby for the customers and for the pure fact that it’s your job.

Scum employees cancelled an Uber eats pick up order made at 920 because they closed at 10. Waited 20 minutes to cancel it as well. Don’t go here, employees are children and are exceedingly lazy. Showed up at 945 to grab it and the doors were locked already, wouldn’t even make an explanation. Wasted 40 minutes of my time.

I wish they would REALLY change what goes on at this location. This once was my favorite subway location but for 4yrs Now i’m moving on. My first issue was I usually come in in the evenings after 8pm the person serving me firend was inside sitting down so the entire time I was be waited on they was having a complete open conversation out loud I mean gees least wait till I leave. Another time I came in 1/13/17 oh man 9:30 soon has I walked in I instantly got a vibe and the look on the employee face of Dammit before we close have to serve you face I can literally see it in the eyes of frustration just pissed off . And the other employee is to busy texting away off to the side of the register behind a little wall I do security so I’m very observant seems like he was avoiding camera view. i know this is getting long but i have 4 more experience. Look I’d go back but things gotta change I don’t wanna upset someone just cause i want a sub 15min before closing and i don’t want someone fired I just want that Great customer service When they first opened. Looks like i’ll be heading down the road to woods corner Subway next to pizza hut went my first time felt so welcome. Hope this message is a wake up call.

Sunday night, a male employee not wearing a mask started making our sandwiches and when my husband called him on not wearing one, he said he lost his mask….a female co-worker made our subs, Aparently Subway doesn’t have any responsible policies!

I go to this Subway at least 5 times a month, and I keep asking myself why?! They really need to stop being stingy with there veggies, I only get three toppings and it’s like begging for a hearty sub, because they’re shrud with how much they put on. Moreso, have consistent employees rather than having my sub made 20 different ways. It’s like playing Russian roulette, you never know what kind of sub you’re going to get when you walk in. Oh yeah, it’s based on the employee, and they have a handful that don’t care about there job. Look elsewhere!!!
