I’ve been here quite a few times, and they have yet get a single order correct. It’s always missing something and/or something is just wrong. It’s not even that it’s being misunderstood & rung up incorrectly – the receipt is always right, but what they hand you never matches. If you order 2 different sizes of fries/onion rings, for example, all of them will be the same size, and all of them will be small. Order a double? There’s probably a single in the bag. Since the dining room is always closed in the evening, you also have to get back into the horrendous drive-through line, and wait again for them to hopefully correct it… hopefully (yeah, they’ve screwed up the fix, too). I’m just done. The food might be worth it, if they actually gave you what you ordered.

I just had the worst experience here. We pulled up to the drive thru and the woman taking our order was swearing and yelling at someone and was incredibly rude to us. When we got to the window she practically threw our food at us. She was mad because the car before us drove off after ordering.
