7/14/23 6:15am Employee taking orders at the drive-thru was rude, got the initial order wrong, was rude again when we asked for the correct coffee (black) and ended up giving us the wrong coffee again. Two out of the three coffees were wrong and the sandwich I ordered had undercooked, runny egg that I doubt was safe to eat.

I went to the Cold Stone half and the staff were great, the ice cream was super tasty and creamy (get the sweet cream!) And they informed me that they make their banana ice cream with real bananas….it was a staff idea….fantastic! You can tell they are engaged when they start adding to the menu.

Disappointing. Ordered avocado toast, med. Coffee, apple fritter warmed a little. My avocado toast was toasted on one side only, therefore not crisp…soggy. person scrubbing floor proceeded to pull chairs out around my ta le and scrub around my feet. I had to ask if they could scrub elsewhere while I ate. Then I had to go back and ask for my apple fritter and they heated it so much that it was so hot and a bit tough to eat. Need new Management, maybe?

Very dirty & staff confused at what to do. Had to return my iced coffee as it was all ice & cream with a tiny bit of coffee. Very disappointed as we have been there several times and always been satisfied.

Worst management and service out of any fast food establishment I’ve ever been waited over 30 min for a breakfast wrap before they told me they ran out of eggs waited another 5min then they informed me they ran out of hashbrowns finally I asked for a refund which was another 5min ordeal
