First issue was probably ordering this as a delivery order. Noodles are always better fresh.

Incredible ramen. I really didn’t know the quality that I was taking for granted until I got ramen in a different part of Washington. I love their tonkotsu and I really love their drinks! The melon flavor is delicious. I also really love their sumo bowl, which used to be a favorite of mine until I really started to like everything else. I love it!

The service was fast and attentive. But the Ramen itself was nothing great. I ordered the tofu miso vegan ramen. My husband usually gets the tonkatsu ramen and he always liked it. The miso broth lacked any flavor or depth and was very salty. I have had better luck with ramen made from the frozen ramen kits from Asian markets.

It was ok. I had the super ramen and I was expecting the broth to be more flavorful. Compared to ramen I’ve had in Tucson and Albuquerque, I thought this would be better and it wasn’t. It wasn’t bad though. It was definitely filling and it came out very quickly. I like that the front of the restaurant opens up to the outside. The price they charged me was a couple dollars more than what’s posted on their website but I figured it’s only $2 and I don’t want to argue over that (even though I’m currently a poor grad student). It’s nice that’s it’s close to UW. I would return and try other dishes. I think the price is still good given the price of other Seattle restaurants.

No AC, and open to the outside. There were lots of bugs flying around. The ramen noodles and toppings were okay, but the broth was very underwhelming. Broth is the most important part of a good bowl of ramen, and it didn’t stand out at all.

My first experience there was great! If you’re unsure about what to order the Sumo bowl is fantastic. Drinks were great. As was the service. I’m looking forward to going back again soon to try the rest of the menu.

Costumer service was good. Little bit time space. Maybe they need some update on menu and other things. Ramen soup was little bit floppy. Too many beansprouts on a top (if you do not really enjoy it, recommending to request less). Overall, not bad.

I’m a long time customer of their CID location, but have been visiting this one more frequently after class at UW this last year. I really like this larger location and it’s nice seeing familiar faces I used to see at the CID restaurant.

I went here starving and it was amazing, the portions are very large, had enough left overs for lunch the next day.
