It’s honestly difficult to describe the experience. While the food was fine, the service was not. The server forgot the soup and salad before the meal. They had run out of ice and went to a store next door to get a bag after I asked for it in my luke warm water that I had for most of the meal. They couldn’t locate soy sauce in a normal bottle and brought it out in a quart size serving container, filling it halfway to the top. The server mixed up the meals. At one point brought us a desert meant for her kids.

Love their sushi, but when they make a mistake they don’t like to admit it. I ordered fried ice cream to go with my order. I’ve had it before. I arrived early and my order still wasn’t finished for another 5 minutes or so. My point is thy definitely make my fried ice cream first. It’s completely melted. Then when I wanted it replaced they tried to tell me “it always comes that way” so they wouldn’t replace it. They’d only give me mochi.. This is not what fried ice cream looks like anywhere lol. it wouldn’t have been a big deal if they just would have replaced it cause I get mistakes happen.

I have always loved this place. Sadly, I won’t be returning. We sat there for an hour and a half and never got our food. Our drinks were ordered and brought to us by a 7 year old. No child that age should have to be serving customers. Then, after about 35 minutes we were asked if we wanted soup/salad. Why yes, yes I do. I ordered it. We get soup. Sit there another 55 minutes and are then brought food to our table. Unfortunately the food was not ours but someone else’s that came in about 25 minutes prior. So needless to say I’m starving and not getting dinner tonight. Side note, we waited patiently for the first hour because they were busy when we go there.
