My daughter was a little nervous about ordering her burrito bowl on her own. But the kind young man behind the counter gently walked her through each step and helped her through the process. He was a real champion and my daughter felt very good about the experience.

Being one of the first 50 customers that ever stepped foot in this establishment three years ago. I’m here to say how unfortunate it is that this place has drastically fallen in such a short time. Not only is it nasty inside, constantly has flies and gnats everywhere. ESPECIALLY in the salsa bar. It’s poorly managed. Tonight was the very last time I will ever attempt business with this place. As they made my to go order wrong, which in itself is whatever, no big deal, BUT I drove all the way back to have the correct food I bought remade. For a worker to take a bowl of food that had now been sitting out for over 40 minutes and dump it on a burrito shell and attempt to hand it back to me as the food I ordered. YOU CANT DO THAT AS A FOOD SERVICE PLACE. You shouldn’t even touch food brought back in, except to throw it away. Not only is it highly unethical, it’s disgusting and a great way to make someone sick. I just sat it right on the counter and walked out. I’ll fight with corporate over my refund, this place isn’t even worth the time. Considering this is how they treat one of the most loyal customers to their business, it’s safe to say don’t eat here. Unless you don’t mind gambling your health with food born illnesses. Hind sight should’ve ate the burrito, gotten sick and made them pay for it.

It’s a Moe’s. My son loves quesadillas, so I am here frequently. They naturally have gluten-free and dairy-free options. It is hit or miss with how well done the rice is here. On my any occasions my rice has been a little crunchy.

“Closes at 9” in the restaurant business means “last order taken at 9”, not “staff be clocked out and at home by 9”… unless you’re at this location. Drove here for a quick take out order to find doors locked by 8:40 and staff walking out. Huge disappointment for someone who likes Moe’s and doesn’t have one near home. Seems I’m not the only one with this experience. Closing time means serving stops at that time, not clean up finished. Needs to be addressed.

Something was wrong with the soda machine. When we brought it to the attention to the staff, they checked the electronics of the machine and said everything was fine. It was Not. We tried different sodas, thinking it may only be that one flavor, but they were all awful. So we all had to resort to drinking the tea.

The draw to this restaurant is that you choose exactly what you want. Lots of fresh veggies. I believe the meat (fir sure the chicken) is marinated in something. It’s hard to tell which salsa is hot and which is not (the names provide no hint). The place appears very clean but not cozy. Appreciate the ability to get a bowl without the wrap or a fried bowl.

Nice staff here. They’re fast and friendly. The food is only ok. The restaurant is new and clean, but not particularly inviting.

I like the food and normally it’s pretty good but for some reason every time I see this one guy that works there I always get my food messed up somehow. Not like the order is wrong it’s like someone mutilated my stack or burrito and didn’t bother to fix it. So whoever worked there at around 8:00pm 3/17/22 do better or get retrained. Tired of getting my food literally ripped all over the place and having to eat it with a fork.
