I ordered fries and a frosty. Waited for a long time never received my food. It didn’t even seem like they had fries cooking. The countertops were dirty. They were flies flying around back where they were preparing food. The ketchup dispensers were empty. There were other people standing around wondering what was taking so long. Then they told me they couldn’t fulfill the frosty part of the order. I asked for my money back. They told me that the general manager would help me out. Then they came back and said that the general manager wasn’t there and I have to come back tomorrow for my refund. I told them that I would just file a visa dispute. This place suffers horribly from a lack of leadership and a lack of care about what they are doing inside the walls. An excellent example of why higher wages will never replace or compensate for a lack of care. Recommend to avoid.

Went in for a large blueberry pomegranate lemonade no ice. They gave me the large cup filled 3/4 of the way look. After paying 4.35, I looked at it and then the manager and said, “So yall missing some right” cause why is this ok”? He acted like his phone call was more of an importance and he couldn’t hear me, so I left out. Won’t be returning, I’m sure they won’t miss my business anyway, but regardless, but the lame customer service plus the audacity of this drink will keep me away for good! Yall be easy though✌

They don’t give you exactly what you ordered, they don’t give receipt so you don’t come back and say you make my order wrong and make sure you check your orders before you takeoff by the window folks!
