I came here during my lunch break and ordered through the drive-thru. My total came to $16.25. When I got to the window I gave the guy a $20. He handed me my drink and them walked off. A lady came and she handed me my order. As I drove off I remembered I didn’t get my change so I went inside. They lady that handed me my order sked if I needed help with anything and I told her the guy at the drive-thru window didn’t give me my change. She went and got the guy and I informed him that I was missing my change. He instantly became hostile and yelling that he gave it to me when he gave me my order (mind you he wasn’t the one to give me my order). He stated pacing back and forth throwing his hands yelling. He then stated that I tell him how much money I wanted and he would just give it to me because he’s not going to chose the amount and that it was up to me. I told him that I only want my change. After 5 mins he stormed off and the lady came pulled up my order and gave me my change.

The spicy potato taco was bad, filled with burnt stale potatoes. Manager was very courteous and offered another one but it can’t make up for selling the bad one initially. It ruined my trust in the quality of food at this place.

I order on the app, and somehow, they get the order wrong every time. Like how you give me a bowl, and I order a burrito. It’s just ridiculous. I waited 20 minutes once for them to correct the last order. Never again. I go to this location because it’s near, but it’s becoming an inconvenience. Please fix.

I had a bit of an argument with someone I was talking to over the phone unfortunately. Wasn’t loud just emotional on how someone is getting a kick out of my downfall/crisis. I stood in line normal with no sign of no emotion other than happy and the 2 women just kept looking down punching the register as if I wasn’t there. I ordered here the night before because I stayed at the H3Inn across the street and was about to order again (2 Doritos locos)so that I could wait for my ride. I hope the owner/supervisor sees this and can check the camera. My day may have started bad but doesn’t mean it’s going to end that way. So the two ladies at each register when I was the only person in line at 11:20 am could’ve at least did their job and made money at the end of the day. Now one is sitting on her phone…

Show up at 1:42 on a Saturday, open till 2:00 a.m. supposedly, in the parking lot with about 10 other people trying to get food and the guys are hiding in the back and the menu says they’re closed. So go across the street to get food with everybody else waiting in the drive-thru and they come out of the back at 2:00 and close the place. I don’t know whose store this is but you’re losing a ton of money.

I was excited to have a Taco Bell open up so close to my house but I hate to say it this one is not a good location. The food doesn’t seem like they put it together when your order it (not very fresh or hot). And the portions of meat and how it’s put together is really bad. Broken taco shells and barely any meat or other ingredients. I e tried this place twice already, and it’s been the same each time. Sadly, I will look for other Taco Bell locations even though this one is only 2 mins away.
