This was amazing! The lady who served me was named Ava. She greeted with a jolly look on her face! And she looked like she truly enjoyed working and making bowls. Service was impeccable, got my bowl in minutes (maybe less):)

I L-O-V-E Playa bowls. I am a new customer to this location and let me tell u I was ECSTATIC when I walked through the doors. I was helped by a lovely lady named Ava who not only had a smile on her face but put a smile on mine! I am 100% coming back to this friendly and amazing atmosphere.

I have been a regular daily customer for nearly two years and always get the açaí nutella berry bowl. Today I had such a bad experience with Stephanie, the manager after she fixed my bowl. My bowl was only half full for the first time. I went back to the store and told Stephanie that I didn’t like the bowl this time cause it was only half full. She didn’t seem to care and told me that I’ve always been getting the same amount. I told her that’s not true cause her staff always fill it up. She said if they did that, then it means that they were generous to you. I pick up door dash orders every day and I know that customers always get a full bowl. Anyway, congrats, you just lost a customer. I’ll go back to Frutta bowls where I get more respect and appreciation.

My daughter and I come here a lot, and more often than not, the service is excellent. Understandably, sometimes the place can get really busy causing longer wait times than usual…but it’s never for a lack of effort by the staff. We always get some variation of bowl, and they are consistently put together well. The place is clean and well maintained. The Marlboro location has become a regular haunt for us almost every week. We order on location and use the app to order ahead about 50/50. Both work well.

We are frequent customers of the Marlboro location. Bowls are usually made well but lately the service lacks. I can stand there for 10 + minutes without asking if I need help while there is 4 workers behind the counter & today one was nasty to my daughter. Not happy about it.
