While the interior was dreary and bland the staff were very nice and Katina was exceedingly helpful when making my selection. However, when it finally came time to dig into my precious package I’d carried an hour plus on my journey I came to realize my order was wrong and I’d paid extra for it. Rather than tomato and lettuce I paid for I received coleslaw and BBQ sauce. This is not a combination I disagree with on the proper sandwich, and it was quite tasty regardless. Albeit, the fact remains I was beyond disappointed with the kitchen staff not following the basic definition of deluxe laid out on their own menu. A tiny smattering of coleslaw and an even smaller squirt of that good Ole fashion Carolina BBQ sauce did nothing but upset me when I expected a classic “deluxe” chicken sandwich. Furthermore, I’ve got to admit the only saving grace was the pickles. The staff I delt with were great with my visit, so my only legitimate gripe is the food as it came to me.

I was able to get in and out of the drive-thru fairly swiftly this time to purchase my two sausage biscuits and orange juice. Not my typical experience with Bojangles since 90% of the ones I’ve seen have a long wait at the drive-thru.

After a long wait to be assisted, we were advised it would take almost an hour to fill a 32 peace order….. (from a place that sells fired chicken as its main product during non-peak hours…!!!?) While there was plenty of chicken on display and was told it would take even longer if we wanted spicy and regular mix. We ended up taking our needs to another local chicken spot since what was on display seemed pretty dry and unappealing.

Worst experience, extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered 1 combo meal at the speaker and when I got to the window and she tried to hand me 2 teas and I told her I only ordered 1. She got very angry with me telling me I was wrong and ordered 2 meals. They handed me cash with no explanation (I guess as a refund for the never ordered second meal) and the lady was continuing to argue. I even said to her “You don’t have to be so mean!” I was very uncomfortable the whole time and would never treat another human how I was treated here.
