I experienced the worst experience here if my order is not right. I have the right to complain and you fix. The manager caught an attitude as if I was wrong. He disrespected me and said I can not come back. The dough was horrible n my children was upset we couldn’t eat pizza. Then the manager didn’t want to tell me his name nor his co workers. I am black n I will never play the race card but I am not an angry woman right is right and wrong is wrong.

Today Papa Murphy’s gets a 1 star. They charged me $17 for a medium pizza when I could have gotten a large for $10. They didn’t tell me when I ordered my pizza. Not cool Papa Murphy’s!!

My boyfriend and I go here all the time since it’s so close to our apartment. But we got two pizza yesterday and one of them just won’t cook. We baked it for 20…yes 20 extra minutes to get the dough cooked and it still completely floppy and doughy. So then I broiled it. Still doughy. And we’ve reheated it in the air fryer and nothing. Idk if they made this dough wrong or what but it was a little disappointing! Other than that it’s great but for some odd reason it just wouldn’t cook

Whoever the three gentlemen are that was working 11/15/2022 at around 5pm, are AMAZING! I wish I got their names! Thank you guys for your kindness and knowledge! This is now the 5th time that I’ve called around 7:30 pm and nobody picks up even after calling several times. Then I drive to the location and the open sign is off and the sign says closed. There are people in the back but on one answers. Very unfortunate that they aren’t open till when they say they are.
