Gosh we love Dominos. However it really depends on who makes your pie, it could be perfection with the best balance of all ingredients, or it could be lacking. Often there’s not enough sauce (dry pizza with a super thin sauce layer), and if you pay for extra toppings they may or may not honor the extra toppings. It would be great if they used pre measured scoops or dispensers so that it’s an equal amount no matter who makes the pie. Or if they decided that one serving is x amount of items and extra servings is +y amount of items. Consistency matters.

90% of the time part of my order is wrong. Here I am again waiting for them to remake part of my order while the remainder of my order get cold, of course they want do anything about that. While sitting here had 2 customers walk out and cancel their orders because they had problems with their orders as well. Either needs better management or just close the doors.

Ordered online, I didn’t get what I ordered. The store claims that they knew nothing about that promotion. I only ordered pizza here because of the deal($19.99) 2 medium 1 topping pizzas, parmesan garlic knots, and 8 cinnamon sticks. $26.00 for 2 MEDIUM pizzas, I will take my business elsewhere from now on. I really enjoy this place overall. They have several options to satisfy any hunger and loads of diet specific foods. They have veggie options, gluten free options, and food for everyone in general. The staff is friendly and the prices are great. Love the option to order online and pick up in store.

Worst customer service ever!!! They took my money and then canceled my order. They lied about trying to reach out to me. Lied about being too far out for delivery. I order from them the week prior to the same address so how am I now out too far???! Manager Carley needs to be replaced! She was so rude! I even offered to come pick the food up and still was told no. This is unacceptable to take people hard earned money and not deliver or offer something else!

Extremely unprofessional and rude. I had placed an order and the driver drove all around Smithfield for an hour before he dropped off the food which I was located just two lights away from their place of business. I am very unhappy. The manager and employees had headphones in that is why I couldn’t get anyone on the phone after calling 5 times. Would not recommend.

I have orderd here at night a few times already; pick up. They have ALWAYS been so good with conversations, updating you on your order if your waiting and good sense of humor. Pizza is always on point! I’m sure, like anything and anywhere else, there may be a time when it doesn’t come out as expected, but I don’t doubt for a second that it won’t be handled in a professional manner.
