The service was good. The completion communication from the app could be improved. The app should know if your order will fit in the pickup tower or not. The pizzas were sloppily put together. There was barely any sauce or cheese. You could tell they were running out of supplies based on the quality of the pizza.

Service is almost as bad as their ability to keep items instock. First time I went and they were out of pizza I thought it was a fluke. But when I decided to give them a second chance they were again out of pizza. To be clear I am not talking about the “hot and ready”. I was told they were out of dough. How does that happen so often to a place that sells pizza?

We have been coming here since it opened and will not longer be getting pizzas here. The wait was over 45 minutes. Our 2 pizzas looked absolutely terrible, I mean terribl and were cold. The girl making the pizzas made 4 Pizza’s before me ,the other girl told her they couldn’t serve them as they also looked bad. One of the customers a male walked out after looking at his pizza. They said 1 of the machines broke down..The girl was not even stretching the dough. Management really really needs to do something as this has gone on way tooooo long and it’s pretty bad.

This place has gone downhill. I used to like it when it was $5 (now $8) but now other local places have better quality and better prices. It is a disappointment when pizzas come out looking like this after having to wait 15 mins. What used to be Hot n’ Ready is now Cold n’ Messy.

Used to love ordering from here, staff was always nice and the pizza was great. In the past few months it seems like it’s been going downhill. Staff has been rude and the pizza quality just dropped. The way the pizza was sliced made it look like abstract art while also somehow not actually slicing. When I tried pulling a slice it would just kinda, rip in half?

This place has gone downhill. I’ve been there twice in the past two months and have been disappointed both times. The first time I went, they had a sign at the register stating “no walk-in orders”, what! This is what Little Caesars is known for. They told us we can order online and we “might” get our pizza. What does that even mean? Apparently they were running out of dough.

Sadly they have a 4 man crew tonight. Poor guy up front is taking all the customers on his own. So many orders were ready and no one is calling out names of the hot pizzas that are sitting out of the heaters. I don’t think I’ll be back. Was a favorite in the area for a while.

Paid extra for the extra most pepperoni and received a regular pepperoni. Also ordered the buffalo wings and they gave us bbq. Didn’t realize any of this until we got home. While waiting for wings we did notice the workers check my order like 3 or 4 times, so don’t know how they didn’t catch this…
