I’m really confused because I’ve heard great thing about this place. Just got two chicken parm paninis and they were barely edible. The chicken was ice cold and just placed onto panini bread with the cheese. Nothing was melted or hot. The bread was so crunchy the roof of my mouth still hurts from it. Pur kids burger was good enough for them, but $36 for hardly edible food is a little crazy.

Ordered through grub hub. Order came right on time. Food came hot and was yummy. Hash browns had a slight crunch still even after the trek here in the car!Kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our brunch!

If you have not tried Saige Cafe in Jackson, stop everything, and run. ♀️ All i can say is, AMAZING! Coffee is perfection and so far I have tried one food item that was fantastic. They have pre-made salads that look awesome if you are in a hurry, but you can order one as well. Atmosphere is beautiful, modern and serene. I cannot say enough about this place, and as much as I want to keep this gem all to myself, I want it to stay forever! So go!

Not a bad little cafe for those waiting for people at the hospital. I will say that it’s sort of hard to find, and going back there had me walking in circles. Their paninis are available from a grab case or fresh off the griddle, and some of their prices are a little high. The paninis, however, we’re surprisingly good! Helped to bring a little comfort into my day.

Can I rate it zero stars? visiting my mother at the hospital and went to get her some food. I ordered the chipotle chicken panini which comes with bacon, chicken, cheese and chipotle sauce along with fries. what they dont say is that this sandwich is beyond greasy and undercooked but does come with a nasty attitude. the bacon may come “precooked” as the cashier nastily said but when it is that way you STILL have to either put it on the griddle to make it not a pale pink undercooked color and health hazard or at the very least use a microwave. the chicken had no seasoning, was bland and looked as if they boiled it then slapped it on the sandwich. I dont know what was worse, discovering undercooked food or the nasty attitudes and MULTIPLE HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS!!!! No hair nets, constant touching of faces and hair without washing hands, sneezing near food, having all this and yet somehow is located inside a hospital! I got my refund but not before being spoken to saying “yea well the bacon comes precooked so I dont know what to even tell you” with a lovely snarky attitude and glare. either teach your staff how to properly cook, uphold the health codes, learn proper hospitality, or close down your shop. because you are a horrible store for food who gives yourself a bad name. even the reviews on Google maps are saying similar to me while adding in the grotesque price point for fast food quality disgusting food.

For a hospital cafe, it isn’t bad but please remove your “cafe” from DoorDash. I had no idea that this cafe was a hospital cafe, and I’m sorry but nobody wants hospital cafe food delivered to them. The panini I ordered was soggy and the meat was just not to standard of what an actual cafe or bistro would serve.

Their Panini’s are sooo good! And their cupcakes are moist just how i like them♡ Great place to grab a bite to eat! Especially if you like BREAKFAST ALL DAY!! Beautiful view of the hospitals newly renovated court yard and a well put together cafe atmosphere. I sampled one of their surf and turf burger specials pretty yummy! Stop in for iced coffees, Parfaits for your patient, burgers, sweet potato fries etc. Their Veggie Panini with the Asiago Artichoke dip is my fave, and i also liked their club wrap with avacado! 🙂

Simple foods like burgers, wraps and sandwiches. Fresh coffee, danishes and cake. Prices are higher because it’s inside the hospital and you don’t have another option. Better than hospital food, but not by a lot.

Paninis are disgusting. Salads are very subpar. Prices are outrageous. Coffee is ok at best. Wraps are edible. Whoever gave this place 5 stars is out of their mind. You go here when you absolutely have to…but for no other reason.
