I’ve said it before and I will continue to say it, even a bad Hardee’s is a good Hardee’s. They would really have to mess it up to make it a bad one. I really enjoyed the fried egg you can now put on any biscuit they offer. I enjoy making them at home but now that I know I can just go to Hardee’s, it’s game over for the at home version now. Service was great and the employees were very attentive to their customers. The bathroom was clean and smelled good. Eating area was nice and tidy. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend this location.

The worst Hardee’s that I have ever been to!! We were the only customers inside and they only had one drive thru while we there. You would have thought that we interrupted their play time in the back. Only two workers. The male cook came out and looked at us twice and said nothing. The girl came out and was reluctant to take our order and really didn’t care if we were there or not. Both were totally unacceptable in regards to customer service. I would give them a zero if it were a choice!! We had complaints about the order but they were no where to be found. The fries were burnt. We were given food that we didn’t order but charged for. We should have paid $1-10 per person but were charged $10-20. I hope that they enjoy (not really) that profit that they made off of us AND the store! How can you complain when they can’t be found??!!

The shift this morning plays too much. Doesn’t know the difference between singular and plural and gets mad when you try to let them know before you get to the window. Plus biscuits were raw in center.

I was going to go some place else today for lunch but I’m glad I didn’t. Not only was the food super hot and fresh, but the service was excellent. Candace, the lady who helped me at the drive thru, was very courteous and fast. My burger was juicy and delicious. Fries were piping hot. Highly recommend.
