I went to this Burger King due to the convenience of the location, I love the food of course but this one particular time wasn’t to my satisfaction. The chicken fingers I order were so dry, as well as hard little to no chicken just the batter. I order the new spicy chicken nuggets and they were soaked in the marinade to the point where I can squeeze the oils to the seasoning out of it. I’m not one to complain but I feel like I could have gotten better food for less somewhere else.

Excessive wait for service after lunchtime and no other vehicles were in the drive thru. Order was not only incorrect but the fries were not salted. No answer to business line after numerous attempts. Return to the drive thru I was not asked how the burger should be made I assumed she would look up the order number I provided. I waited behind two vehicles for her to ask face to face what was the order. Very unnecessary, that should’ve been asked at initial communication of error. Then the burger was still wrong. And to top it off for the inconvenience nothing was given as a courtesy. Not even additional fries to complete the original incorrect meal. These workers need more training working in this industry. We pay for what we order and should get that not the 3rd time and should be respected as we contribute to their income. No apology was offered just a slam of the sliding door.

Didn’t even get food. I drove up and there were no customers. I went through the drive and only one car making an order. I pulled up, waited 5 minute’s and was told to please hold, 10 minutes later, now she asked to take my order. I made it, and she didn’t even ask what size I wanted. I got to the window, and this very large woman was there with her back to me chit chatting with her co-workers. Waited and waited for her to turn around and take my money and never did so. I drove off and went down the street to Whataburger, in and out 5 minutes, that’s customer service.

Horrible service! They had no people and still acted like they didn’t see me in front of the register trying to order. Two of the girls barely work like they hate their jobs. They take all their time to do anything. All I saw was pure laziness and rudeness in this burger king . You can literally see they don’t care about people returning. Definitely never coming back.

Let me start by saying that this is an average Burger King. The service is pleasant here. They are short staffed, like EVERY single fast food store. Please be patient with them. They are doing their best, and they are working very hard to keep up. The food was prepared with as much care as possible during a lunchtime rush. The young lady taking the orders was pleasant and the atmosphere is that if a fast food place. This Burger King makes fewer errors than any other Burger King I’ve been to. Thank you for the staff working diligently.

Worst fast food restaurant ever. Isn’t fast. It’s close to me, so I’ve tried it many times over the last year just hoping they would get better. In the past, they were always out of stock of things. Whoppers. Fries. They are always super slow, too. Last visit, now their speaker doesn’t work. Sat by the window waiting, I saw a girl there open something with her teeth as I’m sitting there waiting. Unsanitary. They never confirmed my order and barely handed me my drink because I asked while waiting. Don’t go. This place is nothing but constant problems. If your stuff is even in stock, you’re going to be waiting a long time, and I question worker hygiene after seeing someone use their teeth to open the coffee grounds for the machine.
