We had a problem with being charged over $50 for 3 pizzas with a mixup. We called corporate and they kept stalling us and putting us on hold or directing us to a message. Came back to the store and Philippe handled our problem by just giving us the pizza we paid for instead of making us wait for a refund that was never coming. Thanks to the store managers son Philippe for making things right and adapting!

I’ve ordered delivery from them twice. Both times Enrique dropped it off at some random location and wouldn’t answer my calls or texts to tell him it was wrong. I lost both meals and $40. Don’t order from them, because they are bad communicators.
