Worst service I’ve ever received at a Dunkin’. Employees are walking around yelling and making jokes while customers are waiting to be served. I was the only person in the lobby waiting for a bagel as it was just sitting in the drive through window getting cold. Complete lack of care for customer service. Manager was walking around just yelling at staff about sugar being left out and her being ignored. Employee was eating food behind the line that she exclaimed was stale then proceeded to spit out. Employees belongings have been left at a booth for the 20 minutes I’ve been here.

Service is definitely slacking and employees need training on how to have friendly interactions with customers. The ice cream was terrible. They only had a few flavors and the waffle cones tasted extremely old. Very soft and chewy not fresh and crunchy like it should be. I won’t be going back.

They canceled and refunded our order 10 mins before closing time(6pm). Coming from a restaurant/fast food background, I didn’t realize that we’re supposed to turn off all machinery, put away stock and refuse to serve customers before closing time. Didn’t even give us the option of purchasing whatever was left, not even the pre-packaged ground coffee that I planned to buy. They should be trained to turn off ordering from the app if this is their practice. Major disappointment.

OMG. I had not been to Dunkin in a while so I wanted an ice coffee only. There was a dead insect on one of the doughnuts inside the clear case. One of the workers were notified but they couldn’t get to it. People were waiting from the inside and outside. I’m seeing one worker stirring drinks and all is spilling out. Horrible. I hope they improve

50/50, there either great people working here, or the slowest, disrespectful individuals in this location. Went to open the door cause I thought it was open (they put a lock in it although dine-in was available) to pickup a mobile order, and they screamed “Leave” like a bunch of banshees. Not the first or the last time this has happened.

I truly gave this place the benefit of the doubt but unfortunately this place is just absolutely terrible. Not only does the system frequently go down, there’s an insanely long wait time, but the employees just don’t understand how to make drinks properly. I highly encourage everyone to go back to training.

Poor service, lack of a flavor menu for Baskin Robbins side makes customer guess what flavors are available. Also, promotional flavor (this month “Cookie Monster”) was missimg from available inventory. On the service side, servers will fail to confirm order and what options the customer wants, and then throw it back on the customer with impolite statements like “well, you did not say that at first.” No improvement in service since new management, will likely mot return unless i learn of drastic service improvements.
