Unprofessional customer service, person assisting with order made me feel very out of place. Employee instead of being verbal with paying is just looking assuming you know what they are waiting for, very awkward experience. Asked employee for cheese and chili peppers and said that is not included, ordered wings and apparently ranch is not included.

The Pizza Hut on N Garey Ave in Pomona is consistent garbage!!! The employees are cold and lifeless. They act like you’re asking for their first-born child if you request red pepper or parmesan cheese. They NEVER follow the additional online instructions you provide for them. You won’t find out until you get home. By then it’s too much of a hassle to go back and rectify the situation. For your own sanity and for the well-being of those you choose to surround yourself with, steer clear of this dump! They’ll never get better. I speak from 20 years of experience. Pizza Hut does not care about this particular location. There are better alternatives out there.

The pizza was barely decent even though it was hot it’s not prepared to standard. I have addressed this with the manager twice now out of the last three orders and basically wasn’t told contact his superiors because that’s how he makes pizza. Very sad approach , this is the second store manager I’ve encountered I at a pizza hut like this I’m really considering just not ordering with the company. The product quality is matching the customer service quality.
