My friend and I were in Line at about 6:40 pm tonight. Was like 3 in front of us and 8 behind us . Extremely slow service at front counter. Said something to the manager. He basically blew me off . I said one person taking orders. He said I only have 2 in the back . Walked off like I put him out!! He interacted with us several more times . No apology for his rudeness and poor customer service.

Floor and tables were nasty. When we went to sit down. Gave us plastic Forks and plastic plates to eat on. They were nit busy and no one came to check in us not once. Very disturbing will find someplace else to eat. Sorry were out of that. Should have known.

This place is HORRIBLE! I placed an order online for delivery but there was a change that needed to be made. I called the store and they stated that they could not do it and I would have to place a whole new order. With that already being frustrating I did place another order and ended up spending over $80 which was unnecessary. When my food got delivered the delivery driver stated that the employee told him “ I cancelled my order so there was only one for pick up”. That was not the case at all! And they ended up giving the delivery driver the WRONG order that I tried to ask them to fix to begin with. I will never be ordering here again & I suggest no one else does unless you simply enjoy bad customer service.

I ordered the Choose 2 with the BLT-A and cup of chicken and dumplings soup. I’ve ordered this meal many times. The quality and portions have really decreased, especially for the price. My husband and I ate for $28 with 2 sodas (one was free with my rewards points). I had to search for the avocado on my sandwich. There was just a smear of avocado, and I mean that literally. The chicken and dumplings soup, the dumplings were pretty shredded, not really dumplings in any sense of the word. Service was good and the inside temperate was good (it’s often freezing inside), but the portion size and quality has really gone downhill. I wish I had taken a photo of my avocado smear, but I was really hungry.

We love to stop here and get sandwiches for our picnics! Staff and service are super friendly, always fast, and orders are always accurate. The Reuben is AMAZING and my son loves their toasties! We always look forward to eating here.

The quality has gone down hill at this location. The ordered are wrong a lot. No real butter anymore. Hot foods are cold when they comes out. The soups are watered down a lot. Tables aren’t cleaned.
