Only customer there at the time. Ordered turkey with everything. Was asked was there anything else-(no suggestion to make it a combo) I added a drink. I didn’t know that all sandwiches were heated without asking what the customer would like. It was a mess eating it, and it fell apart, I did not enjoy it.

So today I was at firehouse..everything was fine until this lady came and took over the register and took my order, she was very rude, she told me that if I wanted to order I would have to tip her. I’m utterly disappointed.. I always come here and never experienced this. She was very witty.. she was a blonde with obvious grown out roots lol. Be rude to me. I’m rude back.

Too expensive for the little bit of meat you get. Got a medium brisket sandwich. Just the sandwich and it was almost 15 bucks. Coulda got subway footlong meal and woulda filled me up and not cost so much.
