So he created his very own “moon garden,” filling the restaurant and bar with white flowers against dark green walls and twinkling candles. Buck then crafted a fine continental menu, selected artfully mismatched china, and provided nightly live piano music to create the perfect fine dining experience. Buck’s Restaurant was born.

Bucks hosted our business dinner and it was outstanding! Kudos to the servers, manager & owner which we’re able to accommodate all 30 of us. We couldn’t have asked for a more timely and efficient 3-course meal. The ambience, nostalgia and aroma from the flowers created at absolutely amazing experience. Drinks were made to perfection (best old fashion in Lou) and the piano player was incredible!! Highly recommend this place!!!

We had an exquisite meal from start to finish tonight. This is one of the very few restaurants in Louisville that justifies the price of the meal. The service was timely and friendly but never unctuous. Everything was special, from the china and unique fresh flowers to my sumptuous scallops and the live music that never overpowered the conversation. A truly delightful birthday dinner for my husband and me.

This was truly a gem! From the time we entered the door and met the manager Anthony, we felt like we were with old friends. This staff was incredible. It wasn’t only Anthony, who engaged you in conversation and was truly interested in what you had to say, but also Sarah, our server, who was as warm and friendly as she was efficient and professional. Also incredibly impressive was Reggie, a remarkably talented young pianist who could play almost anything and talk to you while doing so. He kept us entertained with his light and airy renditions of our favorite songs all night.

This is a worst restaurant to go and enjoy a night. The atmosphere was too hot. The food did not met to the price. The drinks were not made correctly. I wish not co.e back. I’m disappointed in the chef. The waitress was only the highlight with her kindness. The panio player was helping the evening.
