The food is delicious and the staff are awesome and friendly. We enjoyed our meal and we definitely recommend for great soul food. We ordered meatloaf with mac and cheese and black eye peas and also smothered turkey with yams and mac and cheese.

Oh wow. I havent had an emotional experience tied to food in a long time. The menu changes daily. Prices are average and parking ok. This is the best southern cuisine in this area. Service is not fast. I will return.

3 times im done . Turkey Wings had no flavor. Neck Bones were pretty good . No sides were good at all. I gave 2 stars because that Pound Cake is the truth . Oxtails is not work the price. My husband was definitely not impressed and he eats anything he had to add Salt Pepper Hot Sauce to everything just for a little flavor.

OMG! I had the smothered pork chop( very tender) with the gravy over rice. I ordered macaroni and cheese and black eye peas, However the collards and yams was Great!!!! You can really tell that the food was cooked with ❤️. My lunch was Delicious!!!

Went today because of all the good reviews i saw but I was disappointed. I ordered and paid for the turkey wings, macaroni, and greens. However, after waiting for roughly an hour , it was announced turkey wings were sold out. The staff was nice and tried to accommodate me with other options but I just got my refund instead. They say they didn’t see my ticket but I’m still a little confused how not if I ordered over an hour ago. Things happen, I just hate I waited all that time cause they are busy. They may need to work on managing the orders better to prevent things like this from happening again. I still want to try them out so hopefully I will be satisfied on my next visit.

The food is 10/10. The lady at the counter is super friendly. I’ve been here twice for the smothered Turkey wing plate and it’s easily my favorite restaurant now. My kids TORE DOWN on the whole plate. The proportions are so nice. We’ll be here a minimum of once a week.

This is some of the best home cooking I’ve ever had. I recommend this restaurant to anybody who would listen. The owners and staff are super nice and sweet. I will be a customer for life. I decided to get the smothered pork chops which comes with two sides and tonight my choice was collard greens and mac and cheese. And of course it always comes with a delicious piece of hot water cornbreading. And yes they have dessert. Usually they have an assortment of delicious cakes. But don’t take my word for it. Come and check them out for yourself. I promise, you won’t be disappointed
