I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Chipotle last night around 9 p.m. The lack of greeting and the employees seemingly more focused on closing tasks rather than serving customers was a letdown. Despite being the only customer there, I was ignored by the staff. Even worse, the employee making food for a takeout order didn’t acknowledge me at all. The news that they were out of chips was frustrating, as my husband really wanted queso and chips. The overall attitude of the employees was less than pleasant, with one of them even denying the existence of a drink listed on the menu right in front of her. The food itself was unappetizing and poorly prepared. All in all, this experience was a huge disappointment, and I would not recommend anyone to visit this Chipotle location. ♂️ #BadExperience #Disappointed #NotRecommended

I ordered a burrito bowl for delivery and literally got HALF of a burrito bowl! Like wth!! Now, I know the person who fixed this knew that they barely put anything in the bowl. I honestly believe that ALL chipotle locations have drastically gone downhill. This is unacceptable.

Even when there is a line we get our food pretty quick. I eat here for lunch 2-3 times a week. It’s consistent and better than any of the other Chipotle’s near by. Believe me we’ve tried all of them

I ordered double chicken with my order of white rice, black beans, lettuce, and tomatoes and they gave me less than a regular portion. Not only that, but when I went inside for my pickup order, there was a gentlemen who gave me my order, and I said thank you very much. He then gave me a grimacing stare. When I opened my plate it was mainly rice as-well. Overall I am not impressed with the online order crew and there customer service.

Ok, I used to really like my neighborhood Chipotle grill, but lately, every time I go, they are low on my favorite beans and meats. I request that we wait to get a new, fresh tray of either. Instead, they scrape the bottom of the respective container and give me the dregs of each.

West Colonial Chipotle!!!!! What is going on with the rice!?! For a solid four months the rice has been crunchy. Not sure if you’re mixing old with new. Or not cooking it completely. It is awful. Please resolve this. I love your rice when it’s cooked how it should be. The clermont location has no flavor, the Daniels rd location is always off too. Lazy and stopping making food over an hour and a half before closing. I have been in multiple times before 10:00pm and they are out of chicken and rice. At 10:00pm everything is shut down and they are cleaning the grills. I saw a customer ask if they could make rice at 10:00pm and they said no. I understand being tired and wanting to go home but as an owner if you are going to allow this you might as well close at 10:00pm.

I ordered the bowl with white rice and it was hard/crunchy. The meat was dry the beans were awful and I will never go back again. This is the 2nd time in 2 months that I have had horrible food from different locations.

I walked inside of the store to order my bowl around 2pm and there was 2 lady’s preparing the customers food. When it was my turn to order mine, the lady’s where very kind and respectful and treated me like family, the bowl was made perfect and was pretty much flawless,I will definitely be coming back to this location the cashier was also very kind as well.
