You will wait in line for 25 minutes at the drive thru while the employees chat with their friends who are in the car in front of you. Then they will make your order wrong, making your armoa joes trip through the drive thru last over 35 minutes if you wait for them to fix it.

I don’t normally post complaints but the barista accidentally dumped me a 24 ounce rush rather than a 32 ounce rush and then when I corrected it she just put the 24 ounce rush inside the 32 ounce cup and just fill it with ice. I also asked for light ice. It was 830am with a morning rush so I understand why she didn’t want to make me a new one.

Will never go to an aromas again. I ordered oat milk in my coffee due to my breastfed baby and myself having issues with dairy. Not only did I get sick because they didn’t listen now my baby is sick as well.

This Aroma Joes has my heart. I love the people who work here, they all know my order and some even have it ready when I drive up! I wish they paid their employees more so I didn’t see people come and go so fast! The wait can some times be long, but you can always go somewhere else if you don’t have the time. I never mind the wait because I’d wait hours just for my aroma joes haha.

Only one person in front of me. Not in a rush at all. Drove up with a full car of people and the two girls working (a Sunday night) got overwhelmed quickly. I ordered a 16 oz hot chai latte with cinnamon and my husband ordered a hot chai with cinnamon and vanilla. Other orders from the car were 2 hot chocolates, and 2 flavored lattes. It was taking a long time so I started watching what they were doing. (I was a barista at multiple coffee shops for 5 years). I noticed they were pulling shots for way more than 2 lattes, which was all we needed for the order (there was no one behind us in line). Long story short, the chai lattes we received were actually cafe lattes with cinnamon and vanilla flavoring. I realize staffing is super hard right now, but PLEASE make sure they know the difference between coffee and tea. I just pity these poor girls and the people they serve. Not to mention, this order could have taken a lot less time if they just had the knowledge. If you have new staff at this location, you need to revisit training.
